RELEASE FROM LIABILITY / ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Kusewera and Kusewera Village are not responsible for injury, loss, or damage to person or property, death or inconvenience in connection with or resulting from acts of God, force majeure, acts of war or civil unrest, insurrection or revolt, strikes or other labor activities, criminal or terrorist activities of any kind, dangers or accidents related to recreational and sporting activities, sanitation problems, food poisoning, lack of, access to or quality of medical care, or for any other cause beyond the direct control of Kusewera. In addition, I release Kusewera from any negligence and assume all risk thereof. I hereby accept and assume full responsibility for any and all risks of personal illness, injury or death that may occur during my stay.

POLICIES AND GUIDELINES
Location policies will be provided at the start of each stay. I understand that no monetary or material gifts shall be given to any children or any staff member directly without the express written consent of Kusewera owner and/or dedicated staff member. Kusewera welcomes guests from all walks of life. We reject any ideology of hate or discrimination towards any ethnic group, religion/faith or of anyone that might be different or look different than oneself. We do not tolerate acts of discrimination or language that supports anything of the like. Promoting an ideology that doesn't encourage love, unity and inclusion is prohibited. Any guest who engages in such ideology or activity will be removed Kusewera property immediately. If policies are not followed, Kusewera reserves the right to end guests stay.

As minors are present within this Community Center at Kusewera Village, and child safety is of the utmost importance, I understand that no adult guest coming to Kusewera Village shall be alone with a child unless they are the parent, legal guardian or approved guardian of that child. Two adults should always be present and/or two children present with the adult.

I understand that Kusewera will not tolerate emotional, psychological, or physical abuse of any kind against any children, staff or any guest.

I affirm that I do not have any history or record of abuse of others, either physically or emotionally and that I do not have a police record of any kind in Malawi or anywhere in the world.

I understand that if the policies and guidelines set forth are not followed, Kusewera reserves the right to end my stay at Kusewera Village immediately. Kusewera is not responsible for additional costs incurred by or related to said changes. If any actions are deemed unacceptable or punishable by law, Kusewera will take full action against me at my own risk.
